Heavy-duty connecting rod kit designed for Kawasaki KLX450R (2008-2013) and KX450F (2007-2008) models. This replacement kit delivers superior strength, durability, and performance for demanding applications, including all necessary components for a complete rebuild.



Features:




  • Manufactured from hot-rolled ASTM 4115 steel and case-hardened to 58-62 Rc for enhanced durability.

  • Advanced design with side scalloping and vent slots reduces high-RPM bearing race distortion.

  • Double-forged rods ensure improved grain flow and consistent dimensions.

  • Shot-peened and double-honed for exceptional strength under heavy loads.

  • Small ends are double drilled to improve lubrication and cooling of the wrist pin bearing.

  • Thrust washers and crankpin bearings feature silver coating for increased lubricity.

  • Complete kit includes rod, crankpin, and crankpin bearing.
