At SMXOFFROAD, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Shipping Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Quality Check and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
